The beating heart of our business is the state-of-the-art roasting facility located in Wetherill Park NSW. Capable of roasting 1 tonne of coffee per hour in a fully automated, end-to-end quality control system that replicates our founder Guiseppe Di Stefano and his son Nicola Di Stefano’s original recipes to within 1% variance rate. We source the finest quality green beans, and are certified in; Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Rainforest Alliance (RFA), Fairtrade, Organic and Halal. Our quality and technical team, test, measure, analyze and control all goods coming in and out of our facility to give you the confidence and assurance that each and every time you use our services, the experience will be the same as the last – excellent.
