FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS $100.00 AND OVER IN METROPOLITAN AREAS

Standard $12.00 freight fee applies for orders below $100.00

For outer areas or for orders exceeding 24 kilos an extra freight fee may be applied.

If this is the case, we will contact you prior to despatch for confirmation of order.

Returns Policy

Primo Products are committed to providing you with the highest of quality products at all times.

If you feel a product that you have received is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please contact our head office to organise the return.

Freight costs and a handling fee will be determined upon receipt of item after it has been inspected and pending inspection results.

 Errors or omissions will not be recognised after 2 days from delivery date.
